    i can text other people with my Tour but i can't receive. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. i already reloaded the service books many times.

    Usually text messaging issues are nothing hardware related, its usually to do with your carrier

    Give you carrier a call to see if they have a resolution to your problem

    You may want to check your firewall settings. Sms could have got set to block somehow

    While in your Messaging Folder, go to Options/Inbox Settings and ensure SMS And MMS are checked.

    I had this same issue and had to call sprint. They reset something on their end and then i was bombarded with all those messages that were pending in & out. Took about 7 minutes over the phone.

    thanks man. it was the stupid firewall. LOL. i'm using the tour on tmobile with full data. hella tight =] thanks
