Thanks for the help in advance.

Im trying to find a free text file viewer or a pdf viewer for files saved to my sd card on the phone, Beamreader is not rendering the pdf corectly as its just doing a large block of black on everypage, so thats out. Any suggestions from my fellow crackberry users?

Also my default text file viewer through media(media>explore>file) sometimes places two lines of text on top of them selves devided at the middle of the top and bottom letters. Any way to fix that?

There is a free program called BBnotepad that can read/write simple text files. I think Filescout has its own file viewer.

Docs-to-go premium does render pdf files.

There's no free application to open PDF files from the SD card on BlackBerry.

The Messaging application will allow you to "view" the contents of a PDF attached to an email message. It "converts" the PDF into "images" for viewing.
