    Hi,

    Im new to Blackberry. I just purchased a Telus BB Tour unlocked and i am currently with Fido. Im a able to make calls but Im not able to use the browser. It gives me the following message : ''Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider.'' I do have the data plan and I followed the instructions from another thread already to make the browser and other features work on...AT&T. Well it didn't work for me even though i read that it would work for the Tour also.

    I know there are similar threads but I didn't find any concerning a Telus/Bell Tour unlocked. If someone could adjust the steps to this thread : HowTo:Get All Features (Browser, MMS) Working on AT&T w/Unlocked Storm 95xx to make it work for Telus/Bell unlocked Tour it would be appreciated.

    Can anyone help me ?

    I am experiencing the same problem and if we can get on the internet then we cant update our phones.
