    Hi, guys:


    I'm trying to sync music from my laptop to my phone. Until now everything worked perfectly, but now when I connect my phone to my laptop via the usb cable, it doesn't even recognize my Tour. It's showing that my phone is charging, so I don't get it. Anyone know what I should do??

    Is mass storage on? You check by going to options and then memory and seeing if mass storage support is set to yes.

    It is on. Also, the Media Transfer Protocol is off.
