    Lately my tour has been acting up and I have the seven dollar warranty that covers everything. Does anyone one know how the process works with Bell? They said call this number and they'll send you a new one... Do they send me one first or do I have to give them mine first?

    most companys ship the phone out and give you a box for you to send yours back in

    Yep. wait till you get the replacement, use switch device wizard in Desktop Manager. Wipe data on old BB then ship back via prepaid label/box
