I have a very strange problem. When I went to bed last night, my SMS texts were fine. I woke up to finding them only displaying phone numbers and not names! I don't know how it changed, I've done 2 battery pulls so far and no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can try resending your service books or calling your provider to see whether or not they're doing something with the system.

Ok, found out how to send them - that didn't help either! ahh..

I've seen 3 or 4 people with this issue over the last week and I don't know that any of them resolved it. If you do, make sure you post an answer on here, it would make a bunch of people happy for sure

Problem fixed - I added a email account last night before all this mayhem begun. In my service books, it had the word [SYNC] next to it. I deleted it and restore my address book back up with the help of this guide:

Hope this helps someone who has this problem like I did...
