Sprint Tour trackball doesn't have click.

I have just received a tour that I was planning on wiping and giving away, but noticed the trackball has problems scrolling and you don't feel the trackball push down when you want to click.
If I replace the trackball, will that part replace the clicking mechanism, or do i need to purchase another part in addition to the trackball?
