Sprint Tour on T-Mobile flawless from startup, why?

I recently updated my Sprint Tour 9630 in order to restore it and give it to my girlfriend. Previously I had been using it with T-Mobile and dealing with a few glitches here and there (MMS). As I had fixed its trackball (very proud of it) I decided Ide put my sim card in it and hopefully try it for a day and guess whether my girl would put up with my fix. The phone updated from the BB Desktop Software, restored and read my sim card just fine. It also worked flawlessly with my 4 email accounts, Browser, BBM, Live Profile and MMS.

Why would this be? anythoughts?

At first, back in when i first got the phone, I had the hardest time getting ONE email account to work and constantly had problems with BBM. Now it worked just fine. Could it be that T-Mobile now has the Tour Service Books?

well most sprint tours are unlocked to begin with. this may be why. and apparently the service books pushed without any problems. congrats!!
