I had a phone on my plan that needed to be upgraded and the nice people at Sprint told me that I could get the Curve 8330 for FREE or the Tour at $100.00. WTF ran through my head and I ordered the Tour, why wouldn't I? Well come to find out no-one at Sprint will honor that price. So now because of some account complications I have to send it back because of the new price and mail in rebate options. This is a very sad day.

I have done everything that I could think of. They said the best price is 299.99 with 100.00 mail in rebate. I wish I didn't have to send it back, but can't afford to spend that much. If they wouldn't have offered it to me at that price I wouldn't have gotten it.

Over the phone. I am calling now trying to figure this out. I told the first person that I don't feel I should have to pay any more than what they quoted me. Cross your fingers for me guys!!

I played Sprint lets make a deal a couple days ago.
Their going to fill out rebate then credit my account 100 bucs within 2 weeks which means 200.00 Tour.
I had them send me confirmation email so if arrangement some how gets lost in the system im covered.

Give retentions a call ,let them know what you were told ,Ask for their supervisor and the results you seek will be a reality.
If for some reason they fail to provide...which is very doubtful wait a few hours then call cancellations and play that game

Well 65 minutes on the phone and we got some where. I have to send in 2 old phones, and complete the mail in rebate. This allows me to keep my TOUR!!!
