New here, finally got my Tour... but is not registering with BB network, any one have any Ideas? Phone says cannot update profile, after an hour with sprint TS they end up telling me to go back to the store.
No. That's not your problem. Call this number. It'll get you in contact with Blackberry Sprint 877-808-3895
I ran into the same problems, but I've had that number for years. Sometimes the Sprint Reps transfer you to the Blackberry Nextel reps. Simple errors, but they can be forgiven. Just tell them the phone isn't provisioning. They'll wipe the phone for you, Master Reset it, and get it to provision. Caution though: Mine took up to 2 1/2 hours.

I had the same problem. Had to wipe the phone and reset my account. Took several calls and a few hours later before we came to this solution. Good luck!

my prob was that they kept telling me to do 3 things over and over and over after hour and half im like dude, we done did this already, you got any new moves? i got pi$$ed and just went into store.
NO LUCK!!!! Looks like Ill be getting a new Tour tomorrow... we did everything but still not working, she cannot see the phone trying to register. thx a lot for the help... will update tomorrow!
If u have an Airave turn it off and get to a better signal area to provision ur phone. I had a ton of issues with my Tour to at the beginning. Hopefully the airave issues will be resolved SOON! Good luck man!
