Has anyone had any luck getting Sprint to change their phone model through warranty replacement. My brother is on his third Blackberry Curve now, and everytime he has a problem with his Curve we get a replacement but I haven't had any luck getting a blackberry Tour even if its refurbished.

I am a sprint premier care member if that helps.

Any advice on getting him a blackberry tour would be great. Thanks.

i doubt it unless you get a good person.

Asurion or who ever our insurance carrier is no matter what service we have problably doesnt care if your Sprints finest customer ever because in the end it would cost them money

I had the problem with asurion...I went throught 6 Touch pro. A couple came out of the box and wouldnt boot they wouldnt give me a different model. So I called sprint directly and they offered me pretty much any model I wanted except the touch pro 2. Told me I could wait and when they came in I could get it. But they exchanged it for a BB Tour
