What about the whole manual processing thing and they'll contact us if there are any issues?

Just placed my order through SPRINT.COM because telesales is closed(i'm out of Los Angeles) if that means anything. I got my e-mail confirmation and a confirmation number so i hope everything goes throgh ok.

To save a little bit of money i used the $250 saving from one of my lines on my account. When i get the phone in i'll just do a simple ESN swap and i'll be ready to roll!!!

The manual processing is when they put device in shipping box with paperwork , label it & slap UPS sticker on it which wont happen till Monday 7am - 1pm
3-5 hours After that point UPS reads tracking number label which produces tracking number info in "Sprint check your order status"

My order staus has the manual processing also but it also has 2 Product ID's.
One says SP9630RIM Description Blackberry Tour 9630. The other says
JY92061450 Description JY92061450-JUL SEP 2009 Device MIR. Is the 2nd one the mail in rebate? Both have the same order date.

I believe it is since the new rebates are up on Sprint Nextel | Mail-in Rebates from Sprint and the cut-off date is in Spetember.

If anyone does not get a form with their Tour, they can download it from there. I already did, just in case...
