    So I used to have access to [email protected] for push emails I wanted on my phone. After upgrading to the tour, my account is disable and I'm forced to create a new account because I don't have the PIN/EID(or whatever number).

    Do any of you know how to retrieve that account and get back up to running?

    The email address will always be associated with PIN its currently associated with..unless you can log into BIS with the credentials that secure the email address and do a change device setup.

    I know the PIN for BBM will change no matter what =\

    You wont at all. Just long into Sprints BIS, choose Change Device from the list of options on the Left, enter in the new PIN and ESN/MEID of your new Tour and PRESTO! Then just have the service books sent AFTER you do this, and it will work as if nothing happened.

    As for BBM, if you use the Device Switch Wizard on the Desktop Manager Software, it will copy over all your BBM contacts to your Tour and automatically change your PIN on all of your buddies devices. They wouldnt even know you changed phones
