    I am trying to set one of my quick buttons up to toggle speakerphone on and off. Is this possible? Does everyone have to go through the cumbersome process of turning it on and off with the trackball?

    After you place a call or answer a call just hit that button and it toggles back and forth from speaker to headset.

    I also will admit that i did not find it right away when i first got my BB, so don't worry.

    Not hardly... though putting a hybrid OS on it sure did improve it... I'm fiending for my Tour though!!!!
