    I was changing my sound from vibrate to a custom profile today when I noticed that all I was able to choose from was Normal Medium Loud and Vibrate. Before this happened I had three or four custom profiles on there. Anyone else have this happen? Anyone know how to get my profiles back? Thanks

    Have you tried a battery pull? Usually will fix what is wrong about 90% of the time.

    If you have used Desktop Manager to backup your phone, it should have also backed up your profile info. You can try using the RESTORE function and under Advanced, you can be selective in what you restore.
