Alright guys, my friend is having an issue with sound profiles and I can't seem to figure it out myself. I also checked other topics that were posted and tried some ideas but none seemed to work.
OS: V5.0.0.591 (Bundle 1059, Platform 4.2.0.284)
He downloaded a custom ringtone to his phone and set it to be the default ringtone. his phone is set to vibrate 3 times then ring, all it does is vibrate; no sound comes out. He can't listen to music or preview any ringtones. Even when the phone is set to ring, it vibrates. Anyone have any idea on this or should he take it to Verizon for a replacement?
