My wife's sister sent her a song on her Tour and now the song keeps playing everytime she gets a text. I checked her profiles and the song wasn't added as a ringtone or anything. Help please

With the phone ON, remove the battery for 30-40 seconds and replace. It will reboot. But a song or audio attached to an mms or sometimes other text messages will occur again. Bug in the OS 5 from Verizon. Replace with a different OS.
