    i did a annual upgrade last august 7th. then i used my fathers upgrade to get the storm in november. now they are saying that i cant upgrade my line until november. why would this be? shouldnt i be allowed to upgrade in august as i used MY upgrade in august and my DADS in november?


    btw, 2 reps said august and 2 said november. weirdddd

    Have you checked online? check your account, or sign up for a free account at verizonwireless.com.

    You can check the upgrade date online for every line on your family plan.

    Once signed-in, click on the Upgrade My Phone link in Quick Links on the right side of the Account Overview screen.
