Had the usual issues with my Tour, horizontal trackball movement and battery door, screen, etc.

Ask for a replacement and this is what arrived....

Atleast its not a VZW emblem on the bottom....and what a suprise, it was made in mexico.

i bought my tour in store tuesday and it appears i got a titanium bezel as well. i'm with sprint also.

The chrome trim, its dark gray and not silver.

The Sprint version doesn't normally come with the darker bezel or trim piece.

I wouldn't doubt that, not one bit.

That would be grounds for suing.. Women on the other hand, I would hope they saved the picture with their number as the title, AND geotagged the photo's as well.. :P

Damn! Lucky! As asked above... did you get the Verizon non-glossy battery cover as well? Either way, badass about the trim as a lot of Sprint users wish theirs were like that.

Pretty cool. The titanium bezel, and a PAM plan, would have made me go to Sprint instead of Verizon.

I don't think this is all that unique. I've cycled through 3 Sprint Tours now, and they've all had the titanium bezel. Mine have all been Mexico 5's if there's any similarity there.

Mine came with a rubberized battery door.. this was my 3rd replacement.

IDK, some of these "mistakes" are good ones to be honest..
