I am so frustrated i have a macbook and am trying to set up pocketmac but now all it does is bounce on my dock and it wont open. some guy said to reinstall itunes i did that and it still won't open...please help this has been a terrible day at this point....not being able to enjoy the tour...thanks!

The reason is that "pocketmac" is not updated to accept the drivers from the Tour. The best thing is to load all the software to a PC, download the old BB info and then upload to the Tour. I had to do this and it took about 45 minutes due to the slow speed of my PC.......
