Ok here goes I have 2 Tours 9630 on Verizon with OS 5.0.0.732 and on 1 (my wife's of course) whenever the phone is holstered and she gets a SMS or MMS there is no sound, only vibrate and flashing light. Mine works fine. I have tried changing every setting and sound hoping that it might fix it but no luck. I know how to assign sounds and and am not unfamilar with BB's this being our 3rd BB. Outside of maybe re-installing the OS anybody have any ideas whats going on.
