Ofcourse I don't notice it failed till the next day. Ofcourse it doesn't resend failed texts. I never do battery pulls so maybe I should start doing once a week.

I'm pretty sure it attempts to resend right after it fails the first time and if still no service it gives you a large red X which is a good enough reminder for me to try to resend when I have service?

If it fails to send the first time it puts a lil clock next to the message and it resends again, if it fails the second time then it will give you a red X, when this happens is a good idea to do a battery pull
