Simple question I am sure, but I can't figure out how to find folders?

How the heck do I find the folders/files on this darn thing. I saved an attachment in a folder I created and for the life of me I can not figure out how to find that folder.

How can I locate folders on the SDcard?

easiest way is open up "media" then press the menu button and select explore

that or plug it in to a PC
