Im currently using at&t and am completely fed up with their service (nothing personal to those who have it and are happy). I saw the tour and immediately wanted it. my contract ends in july of next year and i don't want to put up with them for that long, so i called at&t and they told me i would have to pay $125 for the early cancellation fee. I don't mind paying the $125, i'm just wondering if i should cancel and buy a curve 30 days before the tour comes out or put up with at&t until the release of the tour?

no because the tour isn't even announced yet it could be 2 months 6 months 8 months from now noone knows for sure..
The safe play is just keep your phone run it until the official date is announced.
to top it off if you want to port your number over you can do that as well.
Doesn't make sense to pay a etf unless your getting exactly what you want.
I know exactly how you feel. I am with Centennial which is being bought out by AT&T. I want to get my hands on the BOLD so bad that it physically hurts!
I just gotta keep waiting until the merger is complete
