For our business we have email templates to send out in replies to emails from potential clients. When I send them out on the blackberry is looses all formatting and looks horrible. Is there a way to copy and paste on your blackberry from the email template to the new email to keep the same email format/appearance? This does involve html.
Yes, that is what I do not understand. When I copy and paste into a new email - its all plain text - and I loose the format and it comes out as generic 12 font, Roman Times. If I copy and paste onto the original email template, just replying to the email template and pasting the new email at the top, at the bottom � the original template, stays the same - which is what I want. Seems to loose the format when I copy and paste.
