Hi everyone i just got my tour about a month ago so far so good but just a couple of days ago i noticed that my screen and keyboard never go off they dim slightly for a couple of seconds and then light up again. any suggestions cause its killing my battery. thanks in advance.
If you havent touched your backlight timeout settings, i would suggest a battery pull.
While the phone is on, pull out the battery for 30 secs and put it back in. Check after reboot if it has resolved your issue.
