Every since i tried updating software over the weeked all my phone does now is a screen comes up saying Rolling back Java staring at 94% and goes up to 100% turns black screen red light stays lite for 5seconds turns off phone rebots and repaeat over and over and over for 4 days straight now... Any solutions known?
Ouch. i got this screen when i tried to update the OS using the Wireless Update (OTA). It could not update and proceeded to 'roll back' to the 4.7 OS. It took an hour but finally my BlackBerry reverted back. That screen showed on mine for 6 minutes or so.
Yours sounds like it crashed. Try hooking up to Desktop Manager and see if it will detect your phone and either finish downgrading or maybe upgrade. You can also try using BBSAK and wiping your phone.
i hope you have a recent backup of your data.
