I am having a problem with my bb tour. When I try to change the ringtone it does not work. My bb has somehow given everyone a personal ringtone and i dont know how to reverse it. The only way ive been able to bypass this is by actually going into each name and changing the ringtone there. I would like to be able to change the ringtone for everyone occasionally without the hassle of editing each profile.
What version of the OS are you using? I believe that is a bug with the 4.7.x versions and may be fixed in OS 5.xxx. (if you don't have 5, you might want to try one from your carrier but not the verizon one)
Tarantulajones is on US Cellular and likely running 4.7, which has the profiles bugs. Try making some custom profiles, but there are limitations till you venture to another OS, or wait for USCC to release their version of 5.0.
