I have the tony soprano (old sony ericcson) ringtone on my tour. On my curve it worked fine, havent we heard that before on here lol. Anyway sometimes the first time it rings the tone gets cut short and somoetimes the second time it rings it gets cut short, sometimes all the rings are cut short. WTF? Also does anyone know how to get the alerts/notifications to ring 3 times like on the curve vs the one time on the tour?

I don't know if this works for Verizon but try *946 and send. This will extend the number of rings before going to voicemail.
