Will sprint replace my tour (made 7-31-09) if the trackball is fine but the battery door is loose and i get screen ripple when i push the top four buttons? I am still within my 30 days so idk wat to do.

as long as they can see the screen ripples and depending on the reps at the store u should be fine getting it replaced.... they have to see the ripples though. n the loose battery door wont get u a new one........

It also depends on whether you have insurance on the phone. That ripple is going to be a manufacturer's defect. If you have the cheaper insurance from sprint you'll be covered fine. I'd recommend backing up your third party apps before you go to get it swapped.
