Go into store, you should be within 30 days of your contract.

They will open up a new one and give it to you on the spot, even if you ordered online. You might want to bring your online receipt for something.

I imagine they will switch it out there so long as they have a Tour in stock...

I would call the store first. Make sure they have them in stock, will save you time of wating to find out they do not have them. Unless you want to wait and if they do not have them, they will ship it to you.

Wrong. First 30 days is a new device. After that, it's a refurb and will be ordered.

I went.. they replaced it right there

didnt really get to try it out.. got to my car (had to go back to work)

and the f*ckin trackball sucks

its OKAY.. but when trying to go right.. it messes up a lot
