My trackball went I think as it would not select any icons when I pressed down so I went into the Verizon store and they sent me a replacement in the mail. I went back because I needed a phone reactivated while I waited and found out they sent a storm. I got the phones in the mail and got two tours. The one is a certified like new and the other is a green dot. What one would be better to keep. I think the green dot would be better but just wanted to make sure.
TD;DR Got a green dot and a certified like new tour and don't know what one would be better to keep.
Mine came in a cardboard box last week but I didn't know about the green dot so I didn't notice it. Mine does have the "squishy" feeling track ball so I guess it's ok.
