    I still consider myself a newbie and my first BB is the Tour. I called Verizon and told them about my trackball sticking and sometimes delaying. I also mentioned the back cover being loose and wiggly. I have a replacement tour on its way Tuesday and it is a refurbished one. I was a little concerned with this because I have only had my Tour for about 5 weeks and it is in perfect condition (asides from trackball and cover!).

    Sooo, I was wondering if the condition of a refurbished phone is like new with the only difference being the new and improved trackball? Anyone have any experience with a refurbished phone?
