Are the replacement phones any good? I have a replacement phone coming in a few days.

Usually pretty good. They test them and replace stuff so they appear new.

I've had many a replacement bb for all models. They're just as good as new.

I've been using my "refubished" Tour for over a year after my trackball quit scrolling on my first Tour. I haven't had any problems at all with it. I would say I'm happier with my refurb phone since it has held up longer than my first one.
