technically, you could exit to homescreen while in a call and open up your voice not recorder and then put the speakerphone on after you've started recording..

Google voice allows you to records calls made to you. It also tells both parties they are being recorded..

5.0. i used to be able to when i first got my phone. how about recording then placing a call

only records your part of the convo I think, if at all....by law you have to let the other party know they are being recorded.

Maybe in the states, but not in Canada. If you are part of the conversation you can record without notifying the other person.
