    What does that even mean? I've pressed it numerous times and nothing happens.

    I assumed it was to make sure there were no errors between online mailbox and blackberry mailbox.

    What type of email account(s) are you using?

    Most likely it doesn't apply to you and that's why it appears to not be doing anything.

    Reconcile will work with GMail (if I recall correctly if you have it set up as IMAP) but doesn't work with the others you have listed.

    Primarily it is for BES not BIS.
