How do you know when it's a super long reboot or a bricked phone?

It's been a couple of times I've pulled the battery and waited forever. This latest time it's probably been a good 25 minutes.

Ummm thats a while. Longest Ive had is about 5-6 minutes.

25 mins is a longggg time! avaerage boot time is 3-8 mins

mine is somewhere around 5 minutes...youd think it was resetting the entire internet by how long it takes

wow, that's long. The longest for me was around 8-9min. Usually it takes about 5-6min to reboot.

Mine does not usually take this long but after a fight with installing Facebook and some prior reboots, I seem to be currently stuck in a forever reboot. I assume something is wrong but what can I do? All it wants to do is reboot at this point but there's never an end to it.

No idea what I did but I got it back up. Question, can you have Facebook on a Tour running 4.7?

I'm downloading it from Blackberry App World, installing it but then I can't find the damn app. It's listed under my applications but I can't find an icon for it and therefore I can't use it. I'm lost

sorry to tell you this but everytime I install something and the icon is not there I do a battery pull and it comes back. But then you might have the boot up problem. A couple of times just turning the phone off by holding the end key and turning it back on has worked. Try that first.
