If your Tour was unlocked what would happen if you were to turn on all radios with a AT&T SIM card installed? Is this even possible?

    What does that mean?

You have to choose CDMA, GSM or Global.

The Tour is quad-band. It will work on these networks/frequencies.

    Quad-Band: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks
    Single-Band: 2100 MHz UMTS/HSPA networks
    Dual-Band: 800/1900 MHz CDMA/EVDO Rev A networks

so if the tour is unlocked and I had a AT&T SIM card installed it would seamlessly switch between Verizon's 1XEV network to AT&T's GSM network

The reason I bring this up is I have a work phone with AT&T and my personal phone with Verizon. Where I work AT&T has great coverage and Verizon's coverage is lacking however at home it is the complete opposite. Ideally I would like to carry just one phone and have it handle both lines simultaneously but that is not possible, I would not mind if I could easily just switch between the two.

No. It would not "seamlessly switch". As I said, you have to choose. You would have to manually switch each time.

And if you want to get BIS data, then you would have to switch the BIS back and forth manually.

Zabi says if you select Global it will search for 1XEV then GSM so if I do not have a signal with verizon it will switch to AT&T?
