Ok I'm very fed up. I called them and they said that they could switch me over for a one year upgrade price. I wanted a flat switch out so I denied it and realizing that it was a good deal I tried calling the guy back and he will not answer my calls. All subsequent calls to CS said I have to get a hold of the guy that offered it to me. I have replaced my storm three times so far once in the past month. Can I send back my replacement I got for some bs problem then resend that one back and then call them up and say I have had three storms in the past month send me a tour? Do you think they would buy that?
