Hey Crackberry community,

So I'm on my 2nd Tour and it's been 2 months.. the reason I got a 2nd one was because my first Tour had bad trackball scrolling issues. Recently my tour has been acting up and will not scroll right, just like my 1st tour. I am thinking about going to Best Buy and getting another replacement Tour, but I just had a question about Blackberry Messenger.

I know new phone = new pin, but if Device Switch is used, do all of my PIN contacts get a new request from me to be added with my new pin or will I still appear on their phone, just under a different pin? Thanks!
