i am having a problem with my trackball and want to bring it back to verizon..i am running the 5.0.0.191 os..should i downgrade to the official os before bringing it to verizon?

yes i would because they might say because you updated your blackberry we cant do nothing about it its in your own risk, thats what i would do.

Had the same issue with mine and was running .191. Your best bet is to just call CS and have them mail one to you. If you have had the Tour longer than 30 days the store always seems to want to ship you one anyway
