Hi there. I have two mailboxes on my tour and on one of them it prompts me when I delete messages ie. "Handheld and mailbox, device only" but on the other it doesn't prompt me and it just deletes from the handheld itself. The settings are consistent between the two; both are set to not prompt and delete from the handheld only. But one "rogue mailbox" chooses not to follow this policy and continues to prompt me anyways. Anyone have a solution or a fix? Thank you in advance.

Try deleting the account and re-adding it.

Will I lose my e-mails?

Yes. Id probably moved them to a saved mail folder. Or forward them to you other email address.

Are they all POP e-mail addresses? Are any of the addresses internet based (yahoo, gmail, hotmail)? Is one of the addresses your @blackberry e-mail address?

It may depend on where the e-mail is coming from as to how the BB is accepting them.
