Problems with the camera

Hi to all!
I've got a problem with the camera of my 9630.
Every time I try to open and use the camera, after a second it turns to a black page and appears an error that says that before using it, I must close all the other open applications...
but i've got NO OTHER APPLICATIONS OPENED!!! Also if I turn off than on the phone, nothing changes.
Please help me!!!

PS: i've seen that it doesn't happen ever, but only sometimes, like as an application starts periodically to run in background...

could be the camera itself going bad also ........or in minor cases a software issue

do you have the latest OS on your 9630

It could be a bad memory card. Take it out and try taking a photo using the device storage. If it works, then you probably have some corrupt data on the card.

Do you have a flashlight application installed on your phone?

I have seen this before and it is nothing to do with open applications. It can be caused by the camera lens being slightly dislodged in its mounting (e.g. by dropping the device). With earlier models it was possible to gently push it back in place with fingertips but with later models there is no access. The only remedy that I know of is to send it for repair.
