So I'm on my third tour ( second warranty replacement ) and its acting up. this one is having vibration problems (extremely weak vibrate) and trackball issues during my web browsing (won't click on links, rough movement, etc) AND whenever I open my browser, it slows down my phone considerably. I have done the battery pulls, software resets, etc to no avail. I want to call vzw but I don't want another damn defective tour. Should I call? Ugh. Please help. Lol
Yea I hear you. My fifth refurb replacement is in the mail. I've had nothing but problems. I have the same weak vibrate problem and browser problem as you do. This is my first bberry and will probably be my last. I will soon be switching to a phone with the AndroidOS so I will not have to worry about this anymore. RIM needs to get their shiz together, along with VZW. For real.
