i noticed this about 3 months ago, but was unsure of the reason. Whenever i put my bb tour on my desk, even like a 1/2 inch drop from my hand to the desk, it restarts itself. Is this because the contacts are wearing, or the battery shakes and therefor it acts like a battery pull? I mean, the battery can't move to far while the cover is still on. Anyone else have this issue, OR is willing to test it? Thanks
Fold a small Post-it in half and stick it between the battery and the back. That will usually resolve it. You may have to experiment with the proper thickness.
