    I set up my work email , it was working fine my app quick pull was schedule to reboot � I let it reboot but now it is locked up and I have this message on my screen ( I have physical pulled the battery 3 times now)

    It totally locks up my bb then about 5 minutes later I get this

    uncaught exception: application net_rim_bb_phone_app(70) - sorry something else after this � got an ok box � but was unable to click it 5 minutes later in little bitty tiny print (turned my screen white) and said reset application � I said yes and it rebooted. Now I am frozen again.

    Please help me!!!

    What app did you install lately? It may have conflicted with your BB and is preventing it to boot.

    You need to boot into safemode, then uninstall that app

    How to start a BlackBerry in safe mode:

    Remove and reinsert the BlackBerry smartphone battery.
    When the red light-emitting diode (LED) light goes out, press and hold the Escape key as the BlackBerry smartphone is loading.

    When the dialog box appears, click OK.



    Note: Safe mode is indicated by a safe mode indicator in the BlackBerry smartphone status section of the Home screen.

    To turn off safe mode, remove and reinsert the BlackBerry smartphone battery.
