Ok awhile back I called and gat a Bold for my Tour. Well when the Bold arrived I put the Tour back in the box to send back. Well my wife through out the Tour. Well Verizon just billed me for the old Tour. My Question is, can I buy a Tour off Ebay for my replacement so I can send that one in. I would rather pay $50 or so then hundreds
No, they will check to see if it's the right one by viewing the IMEI number.
There's no way around it. Your responsibility was to send it back in the allotted time. Verizon was nice enough to ship the Bold to you before they received the Tour. You got charged because you didn't follow through on your end.
