I downloaded a video on my tour that is a wmv file and when I play it I only get sound, the screen is just black. I know there is video because my friend downloaded the same one on his storm and it works for him. Any suggestions?

I've had the same problem on mine, received a .wmv email attachment and it played the audio but not video.

i think you have to press the screen

ahhhh....right. i also hear if you throw it against the wall it may possibly work...possibly.
