well i really need help with this one. i have a tour and when i dial out it dials but no ringing on my end and no sound. but if i put it on speakerphone it rings out just fine. just started to do it this morning. was fine up until today. any help would be great as i love the phone and dont wanna part with it just yet. please help peeps.

Did you try a battery pull (taking the battery out while the phone is on)?

yes i did and still nothing. ill try it again. any other helpful tips?

Go to options/status. Type "test". You will not see letters appear. Run the diagnostic test. That should determine if the problem is the earpiece speaker or if there's something else going on...
