Hi I have been trying to figure out how to get the phone icon back after upgrading to OS 5.0. I know I can do the same thing by pushing the green answer button but is it possible to get the icon back?

Weird, I never noticed the phone icon unless I hold down the menu key.

if you can do the same thing by pushing the green call button, who cares where the icon went. excess baggage IMO, RIM though so too. least of my worries about 5.0

I found the phone icon in my Applications folder, the same folder that holds the Calculator, Password Keeper, Docs-to-go, etc. If you really need it on your home screen, you can always move it.

ok yea if you go to applications bring up the menu and choose "show all" it's there just hidden.
